Day 4

Busy, busy day so I didn't have time to workout and it made it hard to drink water BUT I still got in about 16 cups and kept my calories low (but never skipped a meal!). Luckily, the scale rewarded me for it hehe...

And, together, Jay and I have lost 23lbs! Woah....
